Many of us have the habit of backward thinking. 
Most of us say when I get...
the home, the money, the lover,  the job, the body... I want then I'll be happy.
Im here to tell you that is backward thinking. 

Have you heard the saying "ask and it is given?"
When you have a lack of anything and have a desire to have whatever you lack, you automatically ask the universe for it, and it is given. 
Your job is to align yourself with the feeling of it. The FEELING.
Get into your happy place and stay there as often as you can. The more you practice it, the easier it gets. You will start seeing evidence of your life improving, which will also make being happy a priority for you. 

Where most of my clients get tripped up in the beginning is that my course is so simple.  Dont get me wrong. it's not easy, but it's simple. 
What I mean is it's a simple process not always easy for people to stay disciplined in staying in course. 

My clients often say, "Shouldn't this be harder?" We are conditioned to believe that achieving anything good has to be hard. 
It doesn't have to be hard. In fact, it can even be fun. 

Once they say ok, I'll do it and stay on course. The results are amazing. 
After the course, they have the tools to change their mindset whenever they want. 

The beauty of it is that we all have our ups and downs. That doesn't stop because we can change our mindset, but it does mean we are in control of how long the bad times last, and we have the tools to handle the hard times with grace. 

We are now equipped for life, and we dont let life happen to us. we create the life we want through the tough times.

Yes, some situations are harder than others. I myself suffered from depression and anxiety for years. These simple yet not easy steps are what lifted me out of it. 
I've had eating disorders and addictions I overcame. Not by traditional therapy or meds. 

You ask by learning how to be happy? Yes!!!
Being happy comes first, not after. You can not find the light choosing to stay in the dark.
